We offer both one-on-one and small group personal training. One-on-one means you and a coach, full focus, custom programming. Small group personal training is a high energy, coach led small group with more strength work and customization for each person. Great for beginners or those looking for a structured plan within a small group setting.
Common goals we coach: returning from injury, training for a specific event, dialing in technique on the big lifts, sustainable weight loss, and building a foundation before joining group classes.
Fully custom programming
Your coach builds a plan around exactly where you are, what you're working toward, and how your body actually moves. Not a template, not a generic workout, a real plan that updates as you progress.
1-on-1 or small group
Train solo with a coach for full focus, or train in a small group with a few others on individualized plans at the same hour. Both options give you eyes on every set, accountability built in.
Flexible scheduling
