15 Feet Elevated Ring Rows
20 Box Push ups

L-sit Practice:
EMOM 10 Minutes
:10-:15 Hold - rest remaining time in the minute
*Can use PVC Parallettes, Use boxes or Stack Plates. Modify to a tucked position.
