POST-WOD
3 Sets of Max Effort Pull Ups (:02 Pause at full lockout bottom position)
*Athletes may use bands to assist to try and achieve 8 pull ups
**Athletes unable to do pull ups with a band should be partnered up and assist in doing:
8 Jumping Pull Ups with a :03 Negative
