Row/Ski 500m (Bike .75 Miles)
30 KB/DB thrusters  (53/35/26 KBs or 50/35/20 DBs)
30 burpees
Row/Ski 1000m (Bike 1.5 Miles)
30 burpees
30 KB/DB thrusters  (53/35/26 KBs or 50/35/20 DBs)
Row/Ski 500m (bike .75 Miles)

*Teams of 2 in a you go, I go fashion. Each person does all reps/meters.
P1 rows 500, then P2 rows 500. Then P1 does 30 KB/DB Thrusters, then P2 does 30 KB/DB Thrusters ... and so on
