At CrossFit 1808, classes are structured to last about one hour. A typical class begins with a 10-15 minute warm up to get our bodies ready to go. We then tackle a skill or strength to work on honing movement and getting stronger. Then we finish with some type of Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon) workout, known as the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). Occasionally we'll have a post workout cool down and stretching session.
