NEW TO CROSSFIT? THEN YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Here's how you get started at 1808:
If you're brand new to CrossFit, you'll begin in our Fundamentals Program. The Fundamentals Program consists of 6 classes that cost $50. The Fundamentals Program begins on the first Monday of each Month (be sure to check your calendar so you don't miss this next opportunity). 

Through these 6 classes, we'll teach the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit. We'll instruct on form, technique, then intensity while slowly building up your confidence, strength and endurance. At the end of these 6 classes, if we feel you're ready for group classes, you can join the regular classes during regularly scheduled class times.

If we feel more instruction is needed, we'll schedule additional one-on-one sessions to dive a littler deeper into developing proper movement.

The Fundamentals classes are held at 6:30pm as follows:
