Attention Barbell Lovers, this is for YOU! This is a 6 week Strength and Olympic Lifting Focused program. Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 5:30PM and Saturdays at 10AM. Each session will be led by Coach Trey to go over the program for the day, choose appropriate weights to use, and help with technique along the way.

There are no prerequisites for this program, however it is strongly recommended you are familiar with the Olympic Lifts as well as can adequately Squat with no restrictions (if either of these makes you hesitate, then consider personal training and/or skill sessions to fine tune these movements). If you love the Barbell, then this is for you!
